Convera Developer Portal

After the Convera divestiture from Western Union, I embarked on a mission to radically improve our API documentation by utilizing an industry-standard developer platform, ReadMe.

As the sole API product manager, I imported all content from our digital user guide, hand-coded CSS styling, and crafted the copy for our partnerships use cases. I also ran a developer community on the portal as a trial experiment to evaluate market demand.
